MEND: Relationship Communication Masterclass, North Fremantle WA.

DO YOU YEARN FOR TRUST, UNDERSTANDING AND SAFETY IN ALL RELATING?

Trust is not grown in the effortlessness of early romance.

It comes in the mending of relationship fractures.

Trust is not grown in the celebration of good times.

It is deepened in the repair of relationship hurts.

I WANT TO SHOW YOU HOW

For 13 years I’ve had the privilege to sit with humans from all walks of life in the heat and tenderness of their relationship pain and guide them in mastering practical communication tools to turn their hurts to healing.

I’ve discovered that:

  • any misunderstanding can be understood.

  • any unsafe relationship can be led to safety.

  • any conflict can be dissolved.

  • all closed hearts want to open.

  • any hurt can be healed.

The tools I share will allow you to transform all your relationships. No matter what difficulty comes in your relating to your partner, kids, friends and colleagues, you’ll be able to find the safety, trust and openness you yearn for.

ONLY 12 PLACES AVAILABLE

What skills will I gain?

You’ll learn to:

STAY OPEN AND COMPASSIONATE at times of upset, hurt or misunderstanding.

GO BEYOND ARGUING and meet others with clear boundaries and an open heart.

DEEPEN INTIMACY AND TRUST in the difficult situations that arise with those you cherish most.

Words can’t describe the goodness I feel. The lightness in our home is something I had only dreamt of. I have to pinch myself. 32 years of volatility and despair has finally come to a close.”

- Nicole, Perth.

When, where and for how long is the event?

The event runs 10am to 4:30pm over 2 days, Sat 20th and Sun 21st August 2022 in North Fremantle.

What will we be doing?

We’ll practice transformational communication tools, supported by specific asana (yoga poses), pranayama (yogic breathing) and yogic philosophy (insights into our barriers to relating) to enable you to grow deep understanding with those you have, until now, struggled to understand and feel understood by. Our group practices and supported discussions will leave you excited to tackle the difficult conversations you’ve never known how to have. You’ll feel greater confidence and peace in relating to all others.

*Please BYO lunch. I’ll provide snacks, teas and coffee.

**No yoga experience is necessary.

Who is facilitating the event?

James ‘Fish’ Gill is a heart coach, facilitator and yoga teacher who has transformed complex conflicts and misunderstandings in individuals, couples and business teams since 2007. He has presented at conferences nationally and internationally, and taught at yoga studios in Perth, Hobart, Melbourne, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. Fish's warm, compassionate facilitation style draws on his experiences as a dad, step-dad, actor, educator and loving, fallible human.

“Fish radiates warmth & kindness in the most authentic and relatable way. He selflessly brings joy to others, and makes people feel they belong even in the face of discomfort. He transformed my resistance to love.”
