Over 8 x 90min weekly calls, I’ll guide you to break free from looping fights and reconnect at a deeper level — without blame, defensiveness, or withdrawal. Using my 3-pillar framework, you’ll learn to CALM your nervous systems so arguments don’t escalate, HEAR and SPEAK the hidden emotional language beneath all conflict, and REPAIR and RECONNECT, turning every upset into mutual openness.

After 60 days, you’ll feel safer and more confident in conflict, and know how to lead any argument towards profound understanding — even if nothing has worked before.

You'll learn an elegant, radically compassionate approach to communicating through relational upsets that allows you to:

• EXPRESS your unmet needs skilfully, in ways that invite others to meet them

• HEAR and tend to the unmet needs of others behind their accusations and complaints

• REPAIR unresolved hurts from the past and find peace and feel hopeful for the future

• DEEPEN the sense of care and intimacy between you and those you cherish most

• RESOLVE day to day conflicts skilfully as they arise, so that no resentments linger

• CREATE and maintain healthy boundaries to maintain your wellbeing and safety

An 8 week program consists of weekly 90 minute coaching calls.

The cost is $AU4,950 and a payment plan (3 x payments of $AU1,700) is available.
